Pacific Prime Launches New Partnership with AXA Health in Singapore

Pacific Prime Singapore is delighted to announce that they have entered into an agreement with AXA Health to offer an excellent range of new insurance solutions in Singapore.

AXA Health is a world leader in the insurance industry with over 160,000 employees worldwide and over 100 Million customers in 56 countries. The insurer has been InterBrand’s number one global insurance brand for the past 5 years running. Ranking at Number 1 in Health insurance in 2013, they are also a general insurer which will enable Pacific Prime to provide their customers with a whole new range of insurance plans. This includes Home insurance, Motor insurance, Business insurance as well as Travel insurance.

Pacific Prime through AXA Health can now offer Direct-Billing within a network of over 300 Doctors in Singapore and all major hospitals in the region. AXA Health have also just recently launched an E-portal for claims services to their clients locally, in order to help the insurance process along.

One unique feature of the new plans to be distributed through AXA Health is the cover for pre-existing conditions at no extra cost, a key benefit on their ‘International Exclusive’ Policy.

The range of medical insurance options also include the ‘SmartCare Optimum’ as well as ‘SmartCare Executive’ plans which are more tailored for the local market in Singapore.

In terms of corporate health insurance, AXA Health provides a simplified plan called ‘SME Made Easy’ which is an excellent and flexible solution for small companies. The plan enables Pacific Prime to provide quick and easy access of local Singapore coverage to hospitalisation, out-patient, and dental. More options, such as ‘Major Medical’ and ‘Personal Accident’ are also additional options on the SME plans. A more traditional corporate package called ‘Entrepreneur’ along with tailor-made plans are also within reach of Pacific Prime’s portfolio of products.

Pacific Prime hopes to develop and strengthen their partnership with AXA Health in 2015 and looks forward to more positive developments on the health insurance plans after the launch of the E-portal and the development of a direct-settlement network for out-patient consultations in Singapore.
